Thanks for your comment melody. Here’s where I’ve basically landed: I scan all the things that are scan-able, and deal with the imprecision that comes with whole food, especially veggies, because I know that they’re typically better for me, and generally low-cal. I think casseroles “trigger” me because they’re hard to measure AND generally full o’ trouble. heheh.
